LIFE OF LAST BORN
This writeup is about the saying “last born enjoy most at home” do you agree?
As for me I disagree, and I can vividly prove my reasons
I have been dreaming about this day and it gladdens my heart writing this.
Here, I have with me points why I think last born don’t enjoy
·         My number one point is doing the CHORE
I don’t really see the pleasure in doing chore because its frustrating. I don’t really find pleasure in doing chores I even hate it when I hear “tmileyin lo fo abo yen” meaning timileyin go and wash the plate. The worse part of the story is that, when we are about to carry loads, no matter how strong the senior brother is, the junior ones especially the last born will carry the most heavy one. WHY?
·         The second point is that all THINKING are done by the parent or elder ones
It is so painful when opinion are not accepted. If the elders make opinion the attention of last born are not usually called because they will be like he is still young, she is still young just imagine guessing the age the child might be 18 years of age. So painful because their opinion are not usually accepted always. To me I call it “think for me” meaning they always want me to do their wishes.
·         To me I think last born feels inferior to the remaining children, it’s always hard for them to walk up to parent and ask for needs. So they must surely meet their elder ones before they can demand for needs.
So I imagine why people say last born enjoy

CHILDREN OF THEN AND CHILDREN OF NOW Sometimes I really imagined my live when I was younger to the life of my junior ones at my present age. The way children are relating to elder ones now is totally different from how relationship was in those days, should I call this “lack of respect or presence of mutual relationship’’ In my own sense I will refer it to mutual relationship, because children now are able to express themselves which is the best. I remembered very well that I grew up with fear instilled in me which has never given me the opportunity to express myself (so sad), the training made me loose courage ( although learning how to gain my courage back ). I believe children should also be given chance. I so much hate this saying E ma da lohun omo kekere ni ko ni ironu meaning (don’t mind him his still young he has nothing to think about), I believe the saying is very wrong; I am sorry to say that.
